Discover dinosaurs and ancient artifacts right in your classroom.

The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is currently under construction and is scheduled to reopen in late November 2009. Until then, the Omni IMAX Theater remains open and a wide variety of outreach opportunities are available:

Astronomy on Wheels
Let our "Noble Dome" come to you! Our staff will bring the universe to your classroom in the museum's portable planetarium. Travel through space with our Museum staff, unleashing your student's imagination.

Discovery Labs on Wheels
Our program directly supports TAKS objectives and we provide pre and post visit activities for your classroom, connections to language arts, and a family activity for each child.

Distance Learning
Our distance learning and video conferencing programs bring your students to the Museum without leaving your classroom!

Loan Kit Program
Complement your science, social studies, language arts, math, and art curricula with authentic specimens and artifacts from the Museum’s teaching collections.
