We are committed to bringing powerful first-hand experiences that will challenge your students and enhance and support your curriculum.

There is something for everyone at the Museum, from our exhibitions to Innovation Studios and Gallery, The Fort Worth Children’s Museum Gallery, Noble Planetarium and the Omni Theater.  The Cattle Raisers Museum and the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame join us in providing a safe, accessible and flexible experience for you and your students.

Pricing for 2015-2016 field trips

To Reserve:

What we need to know when you call us:

Lead teacher’s name and contact information

School name, complete address and phone number           

Number of students, grade level, any special needs

OMNI Field Trips:  date preference, time preference (10:30, 11:30, 12:30) and film preference

Exhibit Field Trips:  date preference

Planetarium Field Trips:  date preference, show preference, time preference (10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00)


What you need to know:

Required adult chaperones (1 chaperone for each 6 students for Pre-K and K; 1 chaperone for each 10 students for grades 1-12) are admitted free.

All students must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Total number of adult chaperones is needed at the time of the initial reservation to receive group ticket prices.  Adult chaperones paying on their own on the day of the field trip will not receive field trip rates.  Regular ticket prices can be found here.

In order to receive group pricing for your group of 15 or more, your reservation must be made at least two weeks in advance.

Just some reminders:

All exhibition and film dates and times are subject to change.  

Membership benefits and coupons may not be used for school visits.

The Museum's Noble Planetarium was the first planetarium to be named after a female astronomer, Charlie Mary Noble, a Fort Worth educator of math and astronomy.
