Parking lots surrounding the Museum are paid lots managed by the City of Fort Worth - view the map here. On busy days, some lots may fill early.
As of October 1, 2019, the former Museum Lot at the corner of Harley and Montgomery Streets reverted back to the City of Fort Worth. The City now oversees the operation of this lot along with many other lots and garages in the Cultural District. The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is covering the City mandated parking fee for Museum members. Members receive one parking validation* per membership per day at the Museum Box Offices that is good for any City lot or garage in the Cultural District. You can view a map at the City's website here. Member validations are only applicable until 5 PM and are available during Museum operating hours.
*Only good for Museum visits. Free member parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Lots may fill on busy days. Not applicable during the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
From the Intermodal Transportation Center station, use bus Route 7 (University) to get to the museum. These links may be helpful in planning your route:
