Sound baths are meditative experiences where instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are used to produce sound waves that fill the room and immerse participants in a sonic environment. Participants will relax, meditate, and soak in the calming ambiance. This experience is meant to help participants release tension and fall into deep relaxation.
While sound baths are often conducted in group settings, this is the first time a sound bath will be hosted inside the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater, adding a new layer of immersion and uniqueness to the experience. Guests will be surrounded by stars, galaxies and the soothing sounds of Se7en Waves.
“While many of our immersive Omni programs are high-energy and full of excitement, the partnership with Se7en Waves offers something new. This collaboration invites guests to find a sense of calm and rejuvenation under the Omni’s stars.” says Nikki Diller, Vice President of Collections, Interpretation, and Programs.
Sound Bath Under The Stars will be held at the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater on Sunday, August 24, 2025. The sensory journey begins at 6:00PM.
