Fort Worth Museum of Science and History Offers $3 Admission for Qualified Families
Under the Museums for All program, guests presenting a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card and a Texas ID may purchase up to four exhibit admissions tickets at $3 each. Regularly priced exhibits admissions tickets are $16 for adults and $13 for juniors (2-18). Museums for All expands access to museums and also raises public awareness about how vital museums are in their communities.
“There’s really nothing like the experience of going to a museum,” said Van A. Romans, museum president. “We see the excitement every day and know a great experience here can be enough to spark a lifetime interest in science and learning. Cost should not be a barrier to great learning experiences.”
More than 250 institutions participate in the national initiative, including art museums, children’s museums, science centers, botanical gardens, zoos, history museums in more than 40 states.
